Outfit #1 - Futaba Yoshioka
Futaba Yoshioka is a character from a manga called Ao Haru Ride(English translation: Blue Spring Ride). You can find out more about this manga from here.
Clothes
Hair: Stud Hairband
Torso: Trendy Jacket with tie
Legs: Plaid Schoolgirl skirt
(It's not the manga one, it's the one from MysteryZ, I noticed there are two skirts with the same names, so I mentioned this just in case).
Feet: Plaid socks with Ballerines
